World EV Day™ Partners, MAXUS’ plans to accelerate EV adoption

  • MAXUS supports electric motoring with comprehensive incentives and education.
  • Their MAXUS T90EV program and ULEZ Offer encourage EV adoption.
  • They advocate for government subsidies to accelerate green motoring.

We caught up with MAXUS to find out how they’re facilitating a smooth and equitable EV transition

MAXUS actively engages in educating the masses about the benefits of electric vehicles (EVs). As the UK government’s 2035 decarbonisation deadline looms ever closer, their work is more essential now than ever.

One initiative highlighting this commitment is the recently launched MAXUS T90EV 5,6,7,8 program:

5: Five-year warranty

6: £6,000 conquest programme

7: Free 7kW charger (Home or Workplace installed)

8: Eight-year battery warranty

These incentives complement the £5,000 grant provided by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV), making the T90EV more accessible to the public, with prices starting at £38,950 (ex VAT).

They’re not stopping there…

With the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expanding across London, the manufacturer has initiated the MAXUS ULEZ Offer. This scheme dovetails with Transport for London’s efforts to ease the transition to zero-emission vehicles.

MAXUS is extending significant discounts on its range of EVs, ranging from £1,000 to £15,000, depending on the model. Additionally, customers have the choice between an Indra or Easee chargepoint charger with every vehicle purchase.

Beyond discounts, MAXUS is committed to making the EV transition accessible for businesses and individuals. They acknowledge that private subsidies alone cannot drive mass adoption, emphasizing the importance of state subsidies to propel green motoring further.

Recognizing the importance of education in this transition, MAXUS dealerships offer a dedicated business advice service. This service aids business owners and fleet managers in evaluating their readiness for EV adoption, providing guidance on necessary policies and infrastructure adjustments.

MAXUS’s approach to electric motoring extends beyond vehicles. It’s about equipping customers with the knowledge, support, and incentives they need to make the shift toward a sustainable future.
