IMPROVED Corporate Finance clinches an award for its role in Siemens’ acquisition of Heliox

IMPROVED has clinched a prestigious win at the 15th Annual International M&A Awards. The M&A Advisor recognised IMPROVED for the Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($250mm to $500mm) for orchestrating the sale of Heliox Energy to Siemens AG. The award ceremony will be part of the Leadership in Dealmaking Summit.

The Siemens acquisition aimed to diversify its emobility portfolio and expand its infrastructure reach. It strengthened Siemens’ position in the growing eBus and eTruck charging market by enhancing its depot and fleet solutions with Heliox’s expertise.
Furthermore, the Helix portfolio included charger monitoring and energy management services. These will broaden Siemens’ IoT product lineup and digital capabilities.
