Volvo powers Eden Project’s green mission until 2027
Volvo Car UK and the Eden Project have renewed their partnership until 2027. The collaboration, which began in 2021, is continuing the project’s commitment to sustainability.

Crucially, Volvo will continue as the Eden Project’s Official Electric Car Partner. It also remains the Presenting Partner of the Eden Sessions, an annual outdoor music series.
A fleet of nine electric Volvo XC40 cars supports daily operations at the Eden Project. Staff use the vehicles for various tasks, from managing events to site maintenance. These cars also help teams working on new Eden locations in Morecambe and Dundee.
Volvo’s newest electric car, the EX30, is now on display at the Eden Project. The exhibit highlights eco-friendly parking and flood prevention through smart design.
The renewed partnership also supports the Eden Project’s Nature Connections program. This initiative introduces children to nature through outdoor activities. Volvo’s backing will double the number of sessions, adding 1,250 places next year.
