Polestar unveils high-performance Arctic Circle SUVs

Polestar has introduced a new collection of Arctic Circle cars, expanding on its rally-inspired designs. The Swedish automaker has now applied this concept to the Polestar 3 and Polestar 4, following the success of the Polestar 2 Arctic Circle in 2022.

Polestar CEO, Michael Lohscheller, commented:

“The Arctic Circle collection illustrates our unique performance DNA, rooted in motorsport and combined with Scandinavian design. We develop our cars under challenging conditions within the Arctic Circle in Sweden, and at the FAT Ice Race we will showcase that on ice there is nothing better than a Polestar. We are really excited to be part of this special event with our full model line-up, where it’s all about car culture and the performance experience.”

Each new model features rally-inspired upgrades. These include a raised ride height, adjustable Öhlins dampers, Pirelli studded tires, and new OZ Racing ‘Rally Legend’ wheels. Other additions include Quad Evo front spotlights from Stedi and Recaro bucket seats.

The cars also come with accessories like skis, roof racks, and recovery equipment. Polestar has worked with top technology partners to bring these unique designs to life.

These Arctic Circle models are a testament to Polestar’s mission: blending motorsport heritage with everyday driving excitement. Taking rally innovations to the road is an adventurous step towards exciting new EVs.
