Cliveden-National Trust adopts the LEVC TX Access electric taxi to improve visitor experience
Electric vehicle pioneer, LEVC, has joined forces with Cliveden-National Trust, a historic estate in Buckinghamshire, UK. Their collaboration introduces the cutting-edge TX Access taxi, bringing emobility to the estate’s grounds.
The TX Access is fully electric and wheelchair-accessible, made possible by its unique Space Oriented Architecture. It was extremely well received during its initial deployment over the recent Easter break. The model was praised for allowing all guests, regardless of mobility requirements, to access and enjoy the 376-acre estate.
Alex Nan, CEO of LEVC, commented:
“Supplying a TX Access to support the accessibility of Cliveden-National Trust is a proud moment for LEVC. The TX Access underlines LEVC’s commitment to providing inclusive mobility solutions for a sustainable future where transportation is accessible to all. We’re honoured to play a part in enhancing the visitor experience; enabling even more people to access the estate with ease.”
The taxi’s electric design reduces emissions while ensuring a smooth and quiet ride for passengers. Its wheelchair accessibility further cements its position as an ideal candidate for guest transport.
Robert Miles, General Manager of Cliveden-National Trust, shared enthusiasm:
“Our collaboration with LEVC to introduce the TX Access taxi service at Cliveden has been a remarkable success, running extremely smoothly from start to finish. The TX perfectly complements our commitment to providing an accessible and environmentally conscious experience for all our visitors, and the iconic design of the vehicle sits well with the iconic design of our estate. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re proud to offer a service that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our guests, by maximising accessibility and giving more visitors the opportunity to enjoy our stunning estate.”
LEVC is making Cliveden-National Trust more accessible and sustainable as a tourist destination. We wouldn’t be surprised to see more of these user-friendly EVs at destinations around the country.
