Monta partners with Tesla to offer EV charging reimbursement for corporate fleets across Europe
Monta is taking things to the next level by partnering with Tesla. Together, they will bring a new EV charging reimbursement solution to corporate fleets across Europe and the UK. The EV charging platform will integrate with Tesla’s Wall Connector, enabling companies to reimburse employees who charge their company EVs at home. That means the hyper-successful corporate fleet market will continue to develop its EV strengths.
EV numbers in corporate fleets across Europe and the UK grew by 50% from 2020 to 2023. That means demand for convenient, at-home charging options is rising. Many companies are now looking to replace traditional fuel cards with EV charging stations to streamline home-based charging.
Monta’s CEO, Casper Rasmussen, commented:
“With six out of 10 new cars being company vehicles, businesses are increasingly seeking efficient solutions for employee charging reimbursement. We’re excited to integrate with Tesla’s Wall Connector which is one of the most popular models in the market. We’re making it easier to transition to electric vehicles and accelerating the green transformation across Europe and the UK.”
This reimbursement solution is also a big step for Monta in the UK and Ireland, where it has quickly become a market leader. By focussing on corporate fleets, Monta is making EVs a more accessible choice for businesses and employees alike.
