- Global operator and provider of EV charging infrastructure, Blink Charging, has teamed up with business-oriented roaming network Paua.
- The partnership has added a further 3,500 EV charge points, across 850 locations, to Paua’s UK network, bringing the total number of EV charger connectors on the app to over 67,000.
- The Blink Charging points are live on Paua’s network now, further simplifying the process for charging of electric fleets on the move.
Blink Charging and Paua team up to unify fleet EV charging
The agreement will add over 3,500 Blink charge points to Paua’s UK network, and with Blink Charging recently agreeing a £100 million SPV to boost deployment of UK charging infrastructure, this opens up the opportunity for even more EV chargers to join the Paua roaming network in the future.
With more chargers joining Paua’s network, a seamless and unified public charging experience for electric fleets is getting easier. With many businesses still likely to rely on public charging in addition to any depot infrastructure, business-specific roaming networks such as Paua’s solution will be crucial in enabling the transition.
Blink Charging joins a number of CPOs who also recently joined Paua’s roaming network, including Source, Sainsbury’s Smart Charge, and Be.EV.
Alex Calnan, Managing Director of Europe at Blink Charging, commented:
“We’re delighted to now be part of the Paua ecosystem. This collaboration enhances support for fleets, businesses, and individual drivers through the next phase of the energy transition, further redefining the possibilities of EV infrastructure. Together, we’re empowering the UK’s shift to electric transport by equipping businesses with the tools they need to succeed: clean energy, high-performance charging stations, and easy access through trusted platforms.”
Niall Riddell, CEO and Co-founder of Paua, added:
“Together with Blink, we’re making it even easier for businesses to make the switch to electric. It’s not just about access—it’s about reliable, renewable energy available where and when fleet drivers need it. This integration gives our customers more options, more power, and fewer excuses not to go electric.”
