Celebrating diversity and innovation in the EV sector with Top Women in EV 2025
The Top Women in EV 2025 campaign is officially here, marking its sixth year of celebrating the incredible women leading the charge in the EV industry. Running from March 3 to March 9, this year’s campaign, in partnership with Auto Trader UK, highlights the achievements of women in emobility and promotes gender equity across the sector.
The campaign features a week-long social media celebration, showcasing the diverse range of women who are shaping the future of EVs. For the first time, Top Women in EV has its own dedicated social media channels, in addition to ElectricDrives, making it easier to follow along with this exciting initiative.
Top Women in EV 2025 kicked off with a powerful event at LinkedIn’s Farringdon headquarters in February, where industry leaders gathered to discuss the need for greater representation of women in the EV space. Michelle Davis, Head of Automotive at LinkedIn, spoke about the power of LinkedIn in elevating female voices, while Erin Baker, Editorial Director at Auto Trader, shared insights from the No Driver Left Behind report, which revealed that 62% of women feel they don’t know enough about EVs.
