Scheduled for a later debut this year, the G6 boasts the SEPA2.0 platform with 800V architecture. This platform enables rapid charging capabilities. The G6 can charge at speeds of up to 280 kW. This translates to a notably quick charging experience, with the ability to replenish from 10% to 80% in under 20 minutes.

Buyers have a choice between two battery configurations: a 66 kWh or the 87.5 kWh pack. The former delivers a WLTP driving range of 435 km, while the latter offers an extended range of 550 to 570 km. The G6 also offers various powertrain configurations, including rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD). The top-tier AWD Performance model boasts an impressive 350 kW of power.

The G6 holds a spacious interior, thanks to its 2.89-meter wheelbase. The cabin features premium materials reminiscent of XPENG’s previous models like the P7 and G9. The infotainment system runs on XPENG’s Xmart OS.

Standard features in the G6 include 20-inch rims, a panoramic glass roof, heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, and a 960W audio system with 18 speakers. Notably, every G6 comes equipped with a heat pump for enhanced performance in winter conditions and the capability to supply power to external devices (V2L).

The XPENG G6 presents a notable advancement in the EV market. It offers European consumers a compelling blend of performance, technology, and comfort. The pricing is not yet determined. However, this innovative model adds to the growing high-end choices. As the EV market steps up across the globe, so does the choice in range.
