Renault is bringing a revamped, lower cost Scenic E-Tech 170hp Comfort Range
Renault is reinforcing its electric portfolio with the introduction of the Scenic E-Tech electric 170hp Comfort Range. The new edition features a robust 60kWh battery to extend the SUV’s electric capabilities. Importantly, this addition marks a notable reduction in the starting price, slashing it by £3,500. Therefore, this family-centric SUV comes in at a more accessible price point, starting at £37,495 OTR.
The Scenic E-Tech electric 170hp Comfort Range boasts a practical WLTP range of up to 260 miles. Noteworthy is the limited-time offer allowing customers to secure this model for £429 per month on a 7.9% APR representative. This four-year Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) deal is complemented by a £750 deposit contribution.
Despite the emphasis on affordability, the Comfort Range does not compromise on features. It comes equipped with 19-inch ‘streamline’ diamond-cut alloy wheels, full LED lights, electric flush door handles, and more. The interior showcases a 12.3-inch driver information display, a 12-inch OpenR multimedia screen powered by Google services. This includes wireless smartphone replication and charging, and automatic air conditioning.
Notably, the Comfort Range shares the same charging flexibility as its 87kWh Long Range counterpart. With up to 22kW AC and up to 130kW DC charging capacity, rapid charging from 15-80% takes just 32 minutes using a DC rapid charger.

The new Comfort Range model is available for order, promising a pragmatic and value-driven option in the electric SUV domain.
