Back in August, we brought you the news that Polestar, the Swedish electric performance car manufacturer, announced it would be establishing its UK commercial headquarters and a new customer test drive hub at Bicester Heritage in Oxfordshire. This will soon be opening for test drives of the Polestar 2 electric vehicle (EV).
The Bicester Heritage site is an unrivalled destination for historic motoring enthusiasts offering a global centre of excellence for automotive conservation, engineering and development.
The Polestar space at Bicester Heritage is also home to Polestar’s UK commercial headquarters. This includes operational staff supporting the approximately 8,000 customers with Polestar electric vehicles on UK roads.
Sales, operations, marketing and communications functions will also operate out of Bicester. The move supports Polestar’s global ambition to deliver 290,000 vehicles by 2025.
The customer test drive hub offers a welcoming environment for customers to experience the Polestar electric cars, interact with Polestar specialists and experience a test drive. Polestar Bicester will also host customer events throughout the year.
