Opus, a leading corporate finance firm, has carved a niche in the energy transition domain since 2006. Houde’s appointment underlines Opus’ commitment to emobility. His expertise, particularly in the EV sector, aligns seamlessly with Opus’ existing strengths, creating an exciting synergy poised to redefine green financing.

John McElroy, co-head of Energy Transition & Climate Change at Opus stated:

“We are delighted to have attracted such an experienced sector banker to Opus and look forward to working with Dominique as we broaden and deepen our well established Energy Transition & Climate Change practice. Dominique’s expertise in e-mobility in particular builds on and complements Opus’ strong track record in that vertical.”

The significance of this collaboration extends beyond Opus.

It underscores the growing importance of green financing in the global financial landscape. As the world pivots towards sustainable practices, investments in clean energy, renewable power, and green infrastructure are becoming paramount. Dominique’s arrival at Opus amplifies the firm’s capability to facilitate substantial investments in these crucial areas.

Financing is key to the success of emobility. Bold, informed, and inspired investments are needed to push our green sectors to new horizons. Dominique is in the perfect position to do just that. Dominique will be attending the EV SUMMIT later this month, where you can find out more about the essential role the financial world has to play in the EV transition.

This not only benefits Opus’ clientele but also contributes significantly to the broader environmental and economic goals. Through this partnership, Opus stands poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of green financing.
