Jersey Electricity has partnered with Ohme, a smart charger provider, for its unique new monthly charging subscription for electric vehicles (EVs). Called Easycharge, Jersey Electricity will offer electric car drivers a bundled subscription that will offer hassle-free home charging, plus an Ohme Home Pro charger from just £30 a month.
The package offers customers an Ohme Home Pro smart charger with a lifetime warranty, access to the class-leading Ohme smart charging app, full installation, ongoing customer support and inclusive overnight charging.
Three tariffs will be available with Easycharge to provide an all-inclusive package for customers’ peace of mind lasting for three years on a rolling subscription. The Easycharge tariff starts from £30 per month for 1500kWh (6000mls), rising to Easycharge Plus at £45 per month for 3000kWh (12,000mls) and up to the Easycharge Unlimited tariff at £85 per month.

Ohme’s Home Pro smart charger can connect with the national grid in real time and automatically adjust its charging for drivers to take advantage of all the times of low price charging with smart electricity tariffs. Furthermore, Ohme is alone in offering drivers the option to charge their EV when renewable energy generation on the grid is at its highest, further lowering their CO2 impact.
