Monta joins SmartEn to improve grid flexibility and support an EV future

Monta, Denmark’s leading EV platform, has joined Smart Energy Europe (smartEn) to help drive Europe’s clean energy transition. Joining smartEn is , the company aims to influence policy, drive innovation, and accelerate electrification.

Flexible demand management plays a key role in the future of e-mobility. It allows EV chargers, homes, and businesses to adjust electricity use based on supply and demand. This means charging an EV when renewable energy is abundant and reducing demand when the grid is under stress. The result is a more stable, efficient, and sustainable energy system. By integrating smart charging solutions, Monta helps drivers charge their vehicles in a way that is both affordable and environmentally friendly.
