Mercedes to launch new EQS all-electric luxury saloon car digitally on Mercedes me media on April 15

Mercedes-EQ will unveil the new all-electric luxury EQS saloon in a digital world premiere on the Mercedes me media online platform on Thursday, 15 April 2021 at 6.00pm Central European Summer Time (5.00pm UK). Mercedes have released some exterior and interior pictures of the EQS but the Mercedes will give the world the full low-down on the EQS at this launch.

Members of the board of management, including Ola Källenius, Britta Seeger, Markus Schäfer and Sajjad Khan, as well as chief design officer Gorden Wagener, will present the EQS. They will briefly cover the technical highlights, which enable progressive luxury for all the senses, heralding the start of a new era for the company.

The digital world premiere will be broadcast simultaneously to the public and multipliers on numerous channels. Mercedes-EQ also offers in-depth information and services for media representatives on Mercedes me media.

Mercedes-EQ experts will be on hand to answer individual questions in the context of the digital world premiere in a virtual exchange, offering a convenient opportunity for additional research.

The new zero-emissions EQS is the first model based on the new architecture for electric luxury and executive vehicles. The EQS will offer a unique fusion of technology, design, functionality and connectivity. At the same time, it is designed to make drivers and passengers everyday lives easier in many areas with the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The EQS will be launched in late summer.

The EQS, which will be officially launched in Europe in August, will be one of six new electric cars from the German carmaker.
