InstaVolt is building up its leadership team with Jo Kerr, the newly appointed Group Marketing Director. Jo joins the company amidst its ascent in the ORESA Growth Index 2024 Top 100. The company has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 362.55%, which goes to show the remarkable growth of the EV sector.
Simon Smith, InstaVolt’s CCO, expressed excitement:
“We are delighted to have attracted someone of Jo’s calibre to the senior management team. Her track record of building brands speaks for itself and will be crucial in driving the company forward as we enter a new phase of growth.”
Kerr brings a wealth of experience, having previously steered Cinch as Brand Director. Before that, she held the reins as Managing Partner at Iris, where she handled the global Shell account.
Jo commented:
“I am delighted to have joined the team at such a pivotal time for EVs and public charging. Without doubt we’re at the tipping point of EVs becoming the norm and I want to make sure that InstaVolt is the first name consumers think about when it comes to charging their cars on the go.”
Kerr joins during a very busy time. With a workforce of 120, InstaVolt is gearing up to roll out 11,000 ultra-rapid chargers across the UK and Ireland. Additionally, it aims to make significant inroads with 5,000 chargers in Spain and Portugal, alongside over 300 installations in Iceland.
Best of luck to Jo in her new role! We’ll be following InstaVolt’s upcoming projects here on ElectricDrives as they unfold.
