India’s largest charge point manufacturer, Exicom, acquires Tritium in a move for global expansion

Exicom goes global with Tritium acquisition 

Exicom Tele-systems Limited, India’s largest EV charger manufacturer, has announced a major acquisition. The company will acquire Tritium, a renowned global leader in DC Fast Chargers, based in Australia. The purchase opens the door for global expansion, including new facilities in the US and Australia.

Tritium is an industry-leader in advanced DC Fast Chargers. It’s sold over 13,000 units across 47 countries. With this acquisition, Exicom gains access to Tritium’s high-tech manufacturing facility in Tennessee, USA and its state-of-the-art engineering centre in Brisbane, Australia.
