Earlier this year, it was reported that the Genesis X Convertible Concept, which was showcased at the 2022 LA Auto Show, will go into production. Apparently, Luc Donckerwolke, Genesis’ chief creative officer, announced about the Convertible Concept going on sale at the brand’s annual meeting.

The Genesis X is a high-end luxury electric car and once in production will become the brand’s flagship zero emissions model. It was the third in the brand’s trilogy of concept electric vehicles. This concept model featured a neat folding hardtop roof that integrates transparent ‘moon roofs’ above the front occupants to provide an open feel even when closed.
