The first batch of Farizon electric vans touch down in the UK
Jameel Motors Farizon Auto has taken a big step in bringing its electric vans to the UK. The first batch of Farizon SV vans has arrived at the Port of Felixstowe, marking the brand’s official entry into the market. Sales will begin in early 2025, with the first customer deliveries in this year’s second quarter.
Tom Carney, Managing Director, Jameel Motors Farizon Auto, commented:

“Landing the first UK-spec vans at the port sends a strong message to UK retailers and customers: we mean business. We introduced ourselves and our plans for the Farizon SV last month, and we’re on track to meet our ambitious timelines. The team is already meeting customers, retailers and partners as we prepare for the start of sales in the coming weeks, bringing an exciting new proposition to the UK van market.”
Farizon, a subsidiary of Geely Holding Group, is launching eight different panel van variants. These range from the compact L1 H1 (4,990 mm long, 1,980 mm high) to the larger L3 H3 (5,995 mm long, 2,500 mm high). Battery options include 67 kWh and 83 kWh LFP packs for L1 and L2 models, while the L3 H3 variant offers an 83 kWh LFP or a 106 kWh NMC battery.
The vans offer a WLTP range of 177 to 247 miles, with an urban range of up to 342 miles. They also provide a payload of up to 1,390 kg and a load capacity of 13 m³.
The Farizon SV has earned a Platinum safety rating from Euro NCAP, making it one of the UK’s safest large vans. It has undergone over one million miles of testing, so it’s ready to hit the ground running.
Test drives are coming in late February. UK pricing and specifications will be announced soon.
