Eurig Druce appointed as Stellantis UK Group Managing Director

  • Stellantis’ UK divison has undergone management changes, after Eurig Druce was appointed as Group Managing Director.
  • Bringing with him over two decades of automotive experience, Druce comes most recently from a role as Managing Director of Peugeot UK, which he will also hold until a successor is found.
  • Druce takes over from Maria Grazia Davino, who has held the current role for over a year.

Changes at Stellantis UK

Druce carries a wealth of automotive expertise, first entering the industry in 2001 as a graduate at Peugeot Motor Company. Since then, he has held various roles at not just Peugeot, but Citroen, and now-merged PSA Groupe. His appointment comes at a key point for Stellantis in Europe, as the manufacturer pivots towards electrification. Thanks to recent additions, Peugeot now offers a complete EV lineup in Europe, consisting of nine specific fully-electric passenger car models, while in the UK, the Peugeot brand in particular is already set to exceed the ZEV requirements needed for the end of 2024.

Jean-Philippe Imparato, COO of Stellantis Enlarged Europe Region, commented on both Druce’s appointment and Grazia’s departure:

I am delighted to be able to appoint Eurig Druce to this position. His proven track record in the country will provide continuity of our strategy in this important market. I sincerely thank Maria Grazia for her unwavering focus on performance and her ability to drive results swiftly. She built strong relationships with retailers, employees, and stakeholders, while adeptly handling regulatory changes in a disrupted industry. Her leadership has made a lasting impact on our UK operations and paved the future.”

Speaking of her role at Stellantis on LinkedIn, Grazia commented:

“I strongly believe that management is about serving others, developing knowledge, people, business and thereby ecosystems. In this context I have prepared my successor Eurig Druce and worked to develop other members of the Stellantis UK team through trust and challenge. It has been my absolute pleasure and honour to serve the industry as part of Stellantis and I acknowledge the many opportunities it has provided, while challenging too my relentless character.”
