Electric car subscription service provider Onto orders 300 all-new Peugeot e-208 GT Line models

Onto, who are an electric car subscription service provider, have ordered 300 all-new Peugeot e-208 GT Line models. Onto users will be able to reserve the award-winning electric car from mid-November. Users will also be able to benefit from home delivery as part of the service.

Prices will start from £449 and this includes up to 1,000 miles (1610km) a month, with insurance, breakdown cover, wear & tear, service and maintenance, road tax and free-charging included. Onto aims to accelerate the adoption of electric cars and provides customers with a flexible alternative to full vehicle ownership for a monthly payment, with no deposit.

The all-new Peugeot e-208 was voted European Car of the Year earlier in 2020, and comes with a 50 kWh battery connected to a 100 kW (136hp) electric motor and is capable of up to 217 miles (350km) of range from a single charge. It supports rapid charging of up to 100 kW, reaching 80 percent charge in as little as 30 minutes.
