Dynamo Motor Company reveal its new all-electric last-mile delivery van conversion

Dynamo Motor Company has released drawings and intentions for its new all-electric last-mile delivery van conversion. This will be added to its zero-emission line-up alongside its popular production Dynamo Taxi conversion.

Aiming to solve the problem of city traffic and pollution, Dynamo Motor Company has devised a conversion for its short-wheelbase e Deliver 3 Maxus van. This van offers a range of 150 miles (241km) from its 52.5 battery, which can be charged up to 80 percent in 45 minutes with a rapid charger.

The design raises the roof height and lengthens the rear doors so it has the same cargo capacity as a long-wheelbase van. The conversion provides a six square meter capacity, which is up from the base van’s 4.8 square meter capacity, making it more efficient without taking up extra space on the road. It has a total payload of 860kg.

Measuring 4,555mm long, 1,780mm wide and 2,245mm tall, Dynamo Motor Company’s van conversion still fits in all standard parking bays. The smaller wheelbase means it’s easy to manoeuvre on the road and the extended doors make it easier to load and unload.

The cost for the conversion service of the Maxus e Deliver 3 is projected to be around £4,995 (excluding VAT).
