EV charging software platform, Driivz, is teaming up with new CPO Duracell E-Charge in the UK, helping to power and scale up its expansion across the UK.
Duracell E-Charge has six separate charging locations live across the UK so far, and is plotting to expand significantly in the near future, covering locations such as motorways, retail and hospitality venues, and city centre locations. With this rapid expansion planned, and the Duracell name carrying strong associations with dependability, it’s crucial that this CPO offers high reliability, uptime, and a strong customer experience.
To meet those demands, this is where Duracell E-Charge will be employing Driivz’s software expertise, helping it achieve its goals to become the benchmark for ultra-fast charging in the UK. Driivz’s assistance will cover the full spectrum of operations management, from charger monitoring and self-healing capabilities to maximise uptime, through to a configurable billing engine, a white-label driver app and data-driven reporting and analytics.
Mark Bloxham, Managing Director, commented:
“Duracell E-Charge is being built to set a new benchmark for ultra-fast charging in the UK. That means high uptime, simple pricing and a consistently reliable experience for drivers. Driivz gives us the platform to scale quickly while maintaining control, performance and commercial efficiency as the network grows.”
Shiri Levi-Laor, CEO of Driivz, added:
“Charging networks that can scale, while optimizing their current operations to ensure seamless charging experiences for drivers now and in the years to come, are the networks that will lead the way in the future of mobility. We’re proud to support the rollout of the Duracell E-Charge network across the UK.”
