Driivz, a company under Vontier, is teaming up with ON the RUN Charging to bring cutting-edge EV charging technology to Canada. This partnership will see Driivz’s advanced software installed at ON the RUN’s growing network of EV chargers. The company is expanding its network across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec.

Andrew Bennett, CEO of Driivz, commented:
“EV charging and energy management software is essential for ensuring the operational success of an EV charging network while delivering a positive and seamless driver experience.”
ON the RUN Charging is one of Canada’s largest fast-charging networks. It is focused on expanding and modernizing its chargers to meet the increasing demand across the region. The company needed a flexible software solution that could work with both older and newer charging stations. Driivz’s platform, which supports over 1,600 types of chargers, is the perfect fit. With more Canadians turning to EVs than ever, the crucial barrier of charge anxiety is becoming a familiar issue.

Bennett continued:
“To address drivers’ charging anxiety, EV charging providers must ensure optimal network performance through advanced tools that monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues. Additionally, scalability and business flexibility are crucial for supporting network expansion while maintaining a seamless charging experience. Driivz shares ON the RUN Charging’s commitment to enhancing the driver experience, and together, we will deliver these essential advancements to ON the RUN Charging customers.”
The software offers 24/7 monitoring of charger performance. It can detect issues and fix them remotely, ensuring that the network stays up and running smoothly. This is crucial for ON the RUN, which is adding 1,800 new fast charging ports over the next four years.
