David shared his excitement:

“What led me to join EO was the enthusiasm and drive of the team. Their ambition to grow resonated with me. Coming from a transmission and distribution background, I see parallels with the rapid transition needed in the EV sector to meet net zero targets. EO is well-positioned to lead the way.”

EO Charging has been making headlines recently. In January, Shell selected EO as an approved partner to support its fleet customers transitioning to electric vehicles. EO’s integrated platform—combining hardware, software, and 24/7 support—offers over 99.5% uptime, ensuring operational continuity for large and complex fleets.

The company has already deployed over 85,000 charging stations across 35 countries, serving clients like Amazon, DHL, and Tesco. EO’s scalable infrastructure and smart energy management solutions position it as a leader in the EV charging industry.

Felton’s immediate focus will be on building a best-in-class team to engineer, procure, and construct the infrastructure needed for rapid fleet electrification.

He stated:

“Beyond bus electrification, the major electrical infrastructure investments across the UK, USA, and EMEA highlight the need for local customer access to charging solutions. This includes supporting companies, contractors, and hauliers as they transition to electric fleets.

EO will set the standards in designing, building, operating, and controlling electrified fleets, ensuring our customers can operate with confidence and reliability.”

With Felton at the helm, EO Charging is poised to accelerate its mission of powering a greener future through reliable and scalable EV charging solutions.
