Autohouse Group and CTEK come together to charge a diverse fleet of EVs
With a diverse fleet that includes everything from prized Ferraris to rugged Toyota Hiluxes, Autohouse Group faces the critical task of keeping each vehicle’s battery in peak condition. Therefore, they’ve deployed over 170 CTEK MXS5.0 and MXS3.8 chargers at their facility, complemented by the cutting-edge CS ONE charger. The CS ONE adapts to various 12V lead-acid or lithium batteries, streamlining the charging process without manual intervention.
Lachlan Harburg, Autohouse Group Owner, explained the selection of CTEK:
“CTEK battery chargers are famous the world over for their performance and reliability. The company manufactures branded chargers for over 50 of the world’s biggest and most prestigious car manufacturers. I have never had a unit fail and appreciate that CTEK are a company that is solely focused on battery charging. This allows them to obsess about the functionality and reliability of their products, something that sets them apart from their competitors.”
The CS ONE’s intuitive design includes polarity-free clamps and a user-friendly display with a countdown indicator. Advanced functionalities, accessible via the CTEK app, include battery reconditioning and wake-up modes for revitalising deeply discharged batteries.
The adaptability of CTEK’s charge points makes them the perfect choice for Autohouse Group’s diverse fleet. It’s another example of how functionality and reliability are the essential components to a successful transition. Our emobility solutions must become wide-reaching and streamlined to encourage adoption.
