The IONIQ 5, which launches in 2021, will be a midsize electric sports utility vehicle (SUV). This will be based on the EV-45 concept car that Hyundai unveiled in 2019 at the Frankfurt International Motor Show as a homage to its first concept car. It will combine inspiration from the past with integrated cutting-edge design.

This will be followed by the IONIQ 6 sedan in 2022, which will be based on the company’s sleek aerodynamic concept EV Prophecy launched in March. The final launch will be the IONIQ 7 in 2024 which will be a large SUV. This will feature an iconic exterior that embodies perfect proportions with aerodynamic efficiency.
