  • Plug Me In has this week launched Plug me in Go, a new plug and play, all-in-one solution for fleet managers to more easily make the transition to electric fleets.
  • With minimising downtime and maximising charger reliability being a key requirement for fleet operators, Plug Me In hopes its new platform will allay these concerns.
  • Plug me in Go brings together EV charging technology, intelligent software, along with funding and support into one simple bundle for businesses. Could such solutions help encourage more EV uptake within fleets in particular?

Plug Me In launches Plug me in Go

The new initiative has been launched through Plug Me In’s own real-world experience in assisting businesses and partners with electrification, bringing together multiple aspects of electric fleet ownership under one streamlined, end-to-end bundle. This includes the complete installation of charging points at the required sites, as well as the Plug me in Pulse software, which gives complete control over charge point usage, control, and costs. The bundle also includes specialist support for this infrastructure, by providing planned and emergency maintenance. Further increasing the accessibility of the solution for businesses, Plug Me In will also offer the ability to pay for Plug me in Go in instalments, allowing businesses to hold on to precious capital for longer.

With fleets across the UK switching to electric vehicles in rapid numbers this year, Plug Me In’s new offering couldn’t come at a more crucial time.

Kim Ratcliffe, Managing Director of Plug Me In, commented:

“Plug me in Go was built with one goal in mind: to take the hassle out of EV charging for fleet managers. We know that running a fleet is complex — tight schedules, cost pressures, and the need for reliability every single day. Transitioning to electric should make things easier, not harder. That’s why Plug me in Go is more than hardware. We keep your chargers running, your vehicles moving, and your drivers supported — all with smart insights, proactive care, and a team that understands what’s at stake. This is about more than electrifying transport — it’s about making the transition easier, smoother, and more resilient for the businesses powering our UK economy.”
