Are they affordable?

The ZEEKR 001, with its cutting-edge performance and sleek design, is up for grabs at a starting price of €59,990 (including VAT) for the single motor Long Range model. Meanwhile, the ZEEKR X, renowned for its spacious interior and impressive features, is yours from €44,990 (including VAT) for the single motor Long Range model. That’s luxury without breaking the bank.

It’s worth remembering, you get a little extra for the price. With every ZEEKR model, you’re getting the ZEEKR Care service program and a warranty stretching up to 5+5 years or 200,000 km.

How’s the performance?

The ZEEKR 001 boasts Guinness World Record-breaking performance, featuring a robust 400kW dual-motor all-wheel drive and an astonishing 620km range.

The ZEEKR X is for those in need of a little more space. With its roomy interior and up to 445km of range thanks to the 315kW dual-motor all-wheel drive, it’s there for comfort on long journeys.

Any additional features?

ZEEKR are introducing a One-Stop Shop approach. That includes ZEEKR Finance for easy payments, ZEEKR Power for convenient charging, ZEEKR Care for customer service. There’s even ZEEKR Connected for 5G connectivity. That’s a lot to fit in one shop.

Will we be seeing them across Europe?

Test-drives in Germany will start by the end of 2023. Come the first half of 2024, ZEEKR will have flagship stores, dedicated customer service centers, and deliveries across Germany.

But ZEEKR’s ambitions reach beyond Germany. By 2026, they aim to expand across most Western European countries, adopting a similar European roll-out to BYD, which is becoming one of the fastest-growing automotive brands across the continent.

The launch of ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X in Germany signifies a moment in the EV landscape, as another Chinese EV start-up successfully enters the European market. We’re excited to see how well the ZEEKR performs, and whether it can stand up against the more established brands that the European market knows and loves.
