Rising US EV star, Fisker, expands into the UK with Santander finance partnership

Santander partnership marks the US EV manufacturer’s decisive step into the UK

Fisker, the home-grown US EV manufacturer, has teamed up with Santander Consumer Finance. Together, the partnership will enhance Fisker’s presence in the UK market. As such, the bank will offer various financing options, including Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), Personal Contract Hire (PCH), Conditional Sale (CS), and Business Contract Hire (BCH).

Stewart Grant, Santander Consumer UK’s commercial director, expressed enthusiasm:

Already providing finance for Fisker’s recently launched Ocean SUV, Santander’s involvement comes as an extension to their collaboration. The company now boasts a total of 18 manufacturer partners in the UK, including Fisker.

Fisker’s CEO and Founder Henrik Fisker said:

In addition to the finance partnership, Fisker has revamped its loyalty program for European customers. Now, they’re offering a range of lifetime benefits, rewards, and exclusive perks. Existing and future customers are automatically enrolled in the program, earning points through referrals, Fisker Lounge visits, and scheduling test drives. Exclusive perks for Ocean One owners include charging credit, a free tire replacement, extended warranty, free Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, early access to vehicle features, and a comprehensive service package.

Fisker’s international expansion plan includes the introduction of the all-electric Fisker Ocean Extreme in the UK, with an impressive range of up to 440 miles. Leveraging Santander’s support, Fisker aims to meet evolving customer needs as it continues to roll out innovative electric vehicles in the market.
