GWM ORA UK officially launches its new naming convention with the ORA 03 PURE+ and PRO+. The ORA Funky Cat is no more, now simply known as the ORA 03, it’s available in two trims: PURE+ and PRO+.
The rebranded First Edition and First Edition+ have emerged as the PURE+ and PRO+ variants. These feature finance options of 0% APR and 1.9% APR representative.
In terms of aesthetics, GWM ORA has introduced the Moonlight White colour to the ORA lineup. The official debut of these models and colours is scheduled for the ‘Everything Electric’ event from March 28-30, 2024.
For budget-conscious consumers, the entry-level ORA 03 PURE+ offers an array of features at a competitive monthly rate of £228. This variant includes wireless phone charging, facial recognition, electric front seats, app integration, and the ‘Hello ORA’ intelligent voice assistant.
Stepping up, the ORA 03 PRO+ presents an extended 260-mile WLTP range and enhanced comfort features. Priced at £298 per month, it offers heated, cooled, and massage front seats, a heated steering-wheel, panoramic sunroof, powered gesture tailgate, rear privacy glass, and advanced automatic parking assistance.
Beyond the re-name, GWM ORA is celebrating a notable milestone, with 1,000 vehicles now on UK roads. The company has also expanded its retail infrastructure, establishing 30 points of representation and collaborating with 16 trusted retail partners.
Looking ahead to 2024, GWM ORA aims to sustain its momentum with the introduction of additional ORA 03 variants. This includes a sport-inspired GT version, and the much-anticipated premium saloon model, ORA 07.
